I specialise in consulting, auditing and training to improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. As the Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand much of my work is focused on listening to and engaging stakeholders. I have conducted research into Australians and their experiences with local and state government. I have extensively utilised ABS data to provide recommendations for where clients should establish new offices. I have conducted focus groups with frontline employees and senior stakeholders to hear their voices and put their experiences at the heart of improvement efforts. I have represented clients to Australian state governments to ascertain what schemes are available to support their continued investment in Australia. I have managed long term projects with significant investment of finances, time, and organisation reputation. I have presented thought leadership research at major conferences. I have conducted trend analysis, linear regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and other technical analysis. I have developed a bank’s balanced scorecard following the recommendations of the banking royal commission. I completed work in India, Sri Lanka, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries.
