I am a Fintech Innovator, Business Development Dynamo, GTM Strategist, Entrepreneur, IronCEO and a Mindset Coach. These are not my job titles or positions. It is not just what I do – It is literally who I am. My passion is helping other people see their visions and dreams become reality. I help people and companies get where they want to go: Whether it is starting a new business, solving a key challenge at work, creating and commercializing technology that can benefit society, or finding the right enterprise software or payments solution. I have co-founded three technology start-ups, two of which achieved Inc. 500 status and were sold to public companies. One of them, Softgate, pioneered electronic walk-in bill payment processing to underserved communities in the U.S. and was acquired by PayPal. I now get to pay it forward and help others through The MindsetCEO coaching service and The IronCEO blog. Your success in achieving your goals has everything to do with your mindset. Through my experience as a successful entrepreneur and Ironman athlete competitor, I have learned that it’s all about your beliefs and attitudes. Mindset is a lifelong journey to achieve fulfillment.
