• Provide me with a layout – and I will draw your channels frequency response by hand • 10+ years of SI/PI experience • Proven ability in leading teams through complex technological challenges • Vast experience in development of PI/SI simulations and lab correlation methodologies • Hands-on experience in HS measurements up to 40 GHz: VNA, TDR, scope and probing stations • Experience in ATE development (BERT, Sampling scopes, Pattern Generators…) • Experience in calibration algorithms development for VNA and TDR: Statistical, SOLT, SOLR, TRL… • Experience in Jitter decomposition algorithms and signal - noise separation • Experience in developing De-embedding algorithms and Joint Time-Frequency domain analysis
