Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer specialising in utilising Additive Manufacturing (AM) to create highly loaded components. I have developed significant design for AM expertise, including part design, tailoring machine setup to optimise output, metallurgy & alloy development, and understanding the control required at each stage of the process to obtain high quality components. Prior to this I have several years Aerospace Structural Design experience working on Airbus programmes, during which time I developed over 4,000 CATIA V5 hours and lead design on A350 Wingtip test programme.
