I steer the strategic direction of our marketing activities within Central and Eastern Europe and digital marketing within continental Europe. In my previous role as Managing Director Marketing & Change Management at Flossbach von Storch, I devised their marketing strategy, developed the digital business strategy and spearheaded the development of new markets in Europe. Before my time at Flossbach von Storch, I worked at BlackRock for six years, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for Central & Eastern Europe. Before that, I headed BlackRock Country Marketing for the EMEA region reporting directly to the Head of Marketing BlackRock EMEA. My first stint at Fidelity International lasted five years, during which I headed up marketing operations for Germany and Austria. During that time, I supported the building and expansion of the sales marketing unit, the acquisition of the Frankfurter Fondsbank (now FIL Fondsbank) and brand management. My previous experience at financial companies includes Head of Product Management for fund solutions at Stuttgarter Lebensversicherung (a German Life Insurer) and just under four years at Santander Bank, where I was responsible for sales, product development and marketing operations on the consumer side. I began my career in 1993 as a financial advisor at Sparda-Bank in Baden-Württemberg
