I am an Experience Designer at heart. I care about enabling engaging experiences at the intersection of human needs, innovative technologies and viable business models, guided by creative brand differentiation. I have worked in a career spanning over 30 years at Philips, Apple, IDEO, Method and GlobalLogic, where I have led the design on a wide range of tactical and strategic projects, across retail, healthcare, hospitality, telecoms, automotive, consumer electronics, domestic appliances and IoT. Often I am involved with organisational change to enable continuous and consistent customer experiences informed by service design. At the core remains my dedication to the craft of physical and digital human interfaces. I have affinity with bridging diverse cultures both between people on a global level, and within teams on a corporate level. I strive to encounter different perspectives locally, linking places around the world.
