I obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2000. I then proceeded to obtain an LLB from the same university in 2002. After I finished my studies, I returned to Cyprus in order to complete my practical training and was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in the year 2003. Since 2003, I have gained solid corporate and commercial law experience by having worked at the corporate law departments of some of the most renowned law firms in Cyprus. Since my qualification, I have attended a number of seminars and conferences on Tax law, Commercial and Corporate law as well as on trust law both in Cyprus and overseas. I became a member of (STEP) Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2010. I am also a member of the International Bar Association. Presently I am a co-owner and director of the law firm CA Advocates (Pourgoura & Aspri LLC). I speak Greek and English fluently. Specialties: My main specialization is concentrated in contractual drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, and in consulting on corporate and tax strategies and re-organisations, Company law including management and administration of companies, Contract, Employment, Banking law, Real Estate law, Trusts and estate planning.
