Helping companies expand into Asia since 2004. As business development specialist, I leverage my 18 years in Hong Kong, wide network and experience as founder of two companies to provide solid strategic partnerships and robust growth. A resourceful self-starter with a special ability to build teams and solve problems, I am also known for my capacity to innovate and for being a good negotiator and facilitator of meetings. In my current role I help startups with their softlanding in Hong Kong, taking interim C-Suit jobs (COO, CCO) to design the regional strategy, oversee operations, hire talent, build their team, establish strategic partnerships and achieve their targets. Previously, I ran the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for five years as Managing Director bringing it to its best results in its 28 year history. During those years I developed a strong sense for strategic planning and efficient operations, organising 52 activities a year (from high profile seminars to luncheons, to mentoring programs, gala dinners, film festivals) and coordinating up to eight different committees in parallel, all while reporting to the board on a regular basis and carrying out fundraising for the various initiatives. I always stayed within budget and delivered on time. On my last year leading the Chamber the Board of Directors presented me with a Special Recognition for my outstanding results (first time this was done in the Chamber's history). I am well known and respected in the business community in both Hong Kong and Spain: - Currently ViceChairman of the Europe Committee, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC). - Director of my MBA Alumni chapter in HK. - Founding member of Conexión España, a network of the leading Spanish professionals around the world.
