Bio
Turning business models to reality I am a passionate digitalist, always curious of innovation, with a deep background in technology, go-to-market strategy and consulting. My job is and always was, making my teams successful, in good times as well as in challenging times. In my 20+ years of C-level positions I have experienced a lot, both great and painful situations: - grew an organization from 20 to 2000 employees - built a market leading ERP industry solution - did a very successful IPO in Germany with an ''Enterprise of the Year'' - restructured organizations - bought, sold and integrated companies and teams - built a multinational Go-to-Market organization for a late stage start up - and now: building the modern and scalable cloud platform to make our own ''baby'' sucessful.
