I am an experienced digital leader with a track record of initiating and leading major transformation programmes in the health and social care system, and of delivering significant and sustained change. I am passionate about the potential for technology to improve people’s lives and outcomes, and I take a strategic and systems thinking approach to developing and influencing national policies in order to achieve this. I use my expertise in both engagement and technology project assurance, to confidently co-design visions, strategies and plans that are ambitious and credible, that meet people’s needs, and that ensure stakeholder buy-in.
