I'm a leader turned leadership coach with a specialism in conflict resolution. Leaders and their teams work with me and my team at critical points of inflection, to review and ultimately take action on their leadership approach, ensuring they are setting themselves and their organisations up for success as they grow and transform. Our clients believe that what got them here, won't necessarily get them there, whether that is individually as a C-suite leader or as part of a bigger executive team programme.
