I am an adaptive global people leader, having built teams from scratch, coached tenured individual contributors and led people managers. I have experience delivering sales revenue, business growth and innovation through win-win external relationships via my experience leading partnership teams at Facebook, advising Fortune 500 executives in management consulting, and building and launching innovative products and programs across tech, agriculture and energy industries. I bring a combination of strategic thinking, collaborative approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and focus on people and impact to the teams I’ve led. Lastly, having worked in 7 countries across the Americas, Africa and Asia, I am deeply passionate and committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for people around the world.
