Bio

Hi, I'm Alicia and 18 years ago, I founded Equilibria, Inc., a boutique operations management firm specializing in increasing bandwidth for fast-growing small businesses. This is done via business infrastructure and believe it or not, I'm one of the few people in the world specializing in it. I even leveraged my background in chemical engineering to develop the Kasennu framework for business infrastructure and invent software by the same name. I also host the weekly 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦: 𝘊𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘉𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴 podcast which currently reaches listeners in 68 countries. And I authored a 2x Amazon bestseller book, 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘢ç𝘢𝘥𝘦: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. It is the world’s first published book to focus exclusively on business infrastructure for small businesses. Combined, my online content has generated over a million views. My mantra is simple and applies to everything I do: ''Leave it better than you found it.'' Interested in working together? Let's make that happen!
