I work with clients in various industries facilitating conversations among members of leadership teams around company vision, strategy and talent optimization. As a Predictive Index Certified Partner, I work with leaders to align company strategy with people strategy. In a 20-year career, I have accomplishments in leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic planning. Executive teams and business owners typically look to me when they are - Tired of losing money from misfires in hiring - Struggling to fix the common problem of ''right people in the wrong roles'' - Annoyed at the lack of a clear process to identify top sales talent - Undergoing a change in leadership, merging teams, or merging companies - Frustrated with ineffective management strategies I work with executive teams on integrating behavioral analytics into their companies so that they can better hire, manage, and keep top talent. I train executives and front-line managers on how to utilize behavioral analytics to make business decisions. Bottom Line: All people have behavioral drives; behavioral drives produce needs....
