I am grateful to serve as Baxter's global employer brand leader. Our data-based EVP touches every point along the employee lifecycle, and our EVP is the first that Baxter has in its over 90-year history. During my tenure so far, I've had the opportunity to lead and impact large global initiatives within employer branding, our integrated media strategy, recruitment marketing, our careers site, CRM and our marketing tech stack, and more. Outside of Baxter, I'm honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Talent Brand Alliance. Together we are evolving the employer brand profession and building a global community of talent branders. In addition, conferences have had a huge impact on my career and my personal and professional growth. I'm honored to have been the keynote speaker at conferences for over a decade. In addition to public speaking, one of my joys in life is traveling abroad with my husband. I love adventure, scuba diving, exploring other cultures, and going on street food tours. I also love wine tasting, playing with my dog and working hard in a career that is meaningful to me.
