Allison Park offers a rare blend of technical expertise and leadership ability. She has directed technical and cross-functional teams at private and publicly-held companies as both a senior leader and as a consultant. She is a driver of technology implementations and continuous improvement projects. Allison began her career in Sales and Marketing and discovered a talent and passion for information technology. She learned her first programming language through “trial by fire” and hasn’t stopped enjoying the thrill of learning new technology and applying it to business needs. Her technical background spans client server and AS/400 mid-range programming and development to cloud applications. Her personal career path has taken her through every aspect of an organization including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Warehouse picking and packing, Operations, Retail, and Information Technology. Allison has worked with Professional Services, Healthcare, and Distribution and Manufacturing companies. Her favorite part of her job is understanding what makes a business unique and ensuring the implementation of technology supports it and helps the business to thrive. Allison has worked on the Salesforce platform since 2010 and became a Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2014 which was the first of her fourteen certifications. She is an active member of many Salesforce User Groups and a Salesforce MVP alumnae. Allison received both her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science in Information Technology from Northwestern University.
