Over the past 3 years, I have added practical work experience to my technical knowledge, working as an Operation Engineer, a position which I currently hold at International Gas Company, Sipchem. I am responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary actions, resolving issues proactively, working to schedule, in close liaison with Process Managers, ensuring smooth operations at all times. The position has enhanced my organizational, leadership and communication skills, increasing my ability to synthesis complex technical issues swiftly and independently. I worked in Chemanol with the same job profile for 7 years prior to this assignment. This was preceded by a short job responsibility of a Risk Manager at ICICI Lombard, India. I was responsible for carrying out surveys/audits of various projects in context to the general insurance of the same. Working in close co-ordination of the Vice President of Risk Management, helped me sharpen my communication, presentation and managing skills. I also worked as a Sr. Chemical Engineer at Indo-German Petrochemicals Ltd., India where I laid foundation of my career as a Chemical Engineer. This role enhanced my ability to multi-task while working accurately under pressure. I also benefited by increasing my ability to organize and delegate work proactively. I would like to work for an Organization possessing a competitive as well as professional working environment which shall enable me to capitalize on both my educational and professional experience whilst allowing me to progress in my career there after.
