I am a commercial real estate and finance attorney who enjoys the challenge of complex transactions. I focus my practice on leasing, low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and acquisition/disposition matters. I have extensive experience working with financial institutions and creditors on asset-based, construction, real estate and syndicated loans. I am licensed in Virginia, Georgia and the District of Columbia.
