Aman leads platforms for HSBC's Commercial Bank. Prior to this he lead new payment ecosystems for Google Pay working across the financial services industry with regulators to launch innovative and market leading payments solutions. Before this he was leading Digital Ventures for Schroders where he was responsible for digital channels, marketing, distribution alliances and FinTech. Launched the world’s first chatbot by an Asset Manager for its intermediary clients. Before that he was the Chief Executive (International) for BankBazaar - India’s leading financial website backed by Amazon, Fidelity & Sequoia. He expanded its presence in APAC and helping lead the development of its strategy & marketing teams. Prior to these roles Aman spent fifteen years with Standard Chartered where he was Global Head of Digital Banking for with responsibility for all direct to consumer channels, including Online, Mobile, Social & ATM. At StanChart, Aman transformed a set of subscale and substandard channels into one of the largest and most preferred digital real estate serving over five million people in 35 markets. He accomplished this in six years working with a multi award winning team (including two Webby’s and being recognised as the “World’s Best Internet Bank” for five years consecutively) of 600+ people who he recruited and developed globally. Aman works closely with startups and is an active Board Advisor and Investor. A strong advocate of diversity in the workplace, Aman is committed to building gender balanced leadership teams and has pioneered progressive work cultures collaborating with leading brands and the Singapore Government. Aman graduated with honours in International Relations & Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. It is here that he became passionate about leadership and was elected to lead his student government. This passion continued during his MBA at INSEAD and through his working life. Aman lives in Singapore with his wife, two daughters and their cocker spaniel.
