I’m a lifelong student of decision making and have a great passion for augmenting human judgment with the creative use of data, artificial intelligence and smart software. Throughout my career, I’ve founded, built and scaled analytics and decision-making capabilities, delivering double-digit growth for some of the world’s top management consultancies in the process. At Genpact, I lead 9,000 data analytics and AI professionals, one of the largest capabilities of its kind in the world, working at the cutting edge of the industry. It’s my job to drive the continued, rapid commercial growth of the Genpact’s analytics and AI and cloud business, enabling my global team with a crystal clear strategic vision and a pragmatic eye on emerging opportunities to maximize the value we can deliver to clients. I’m a huge advocate of collaboration across the burgeoning community of analytics professionals. I regularly speak at industry event and contribute to whitepapers on subjects like predictive analytics and creating evidence-based decision making organizational cultures.
