I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 15 years’ experience in the mental health sector. I founded Headworks after years of working with numerous patients who struggled to find or maintain employment, which led me to a growing interest in workplace mental health and Headworks’ mission to create more inclusive and supportive working environments. I have worked at a senior level across a range of settings in both the NHS and private sector. My experience spans inpatient and community nursing, practice education, management, policy and strategy design and one-to-one patient consultation. In addition to my nursing qualification, I have a PGCert in Clinical Neuroscience and an MSc in Psychiatric Research. I also hold a specialist training and assessment qualification. Headworks offers mental health training for employers and employees as well as consulting services and wellbeing workshops delivered by clinicians. Our team is made up of highly experienced, qualified mental health professionals, setting us apart from many other mental health training providers.
