Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for bringing thought leadership that drives business value by setting strategic technological roadmaps that transform user experience and delight customers. As an engineering executive, I have a record of managing billion-dollar innovations. I strive to be a Technologies Champion who builds trust with c-suite executives and translates business needs into defined technical requirements to deliver world-class products and optimal solutions. My background is in developing scalable, AI-based platforms and solutions (Machine Learning and Machine Reasoning). I've written four books with a 2021 bestseller, 100+ publications in refereed journals and conferences, and 35+ patents. I'm in the process of completing an AI/ML postgraduate program at the university of Taxes - Austin (one of the best programs in the world). I enjoy working as an Adjunct Professor at SJSU, acting as a guest editor on 12+ issues in IEEE journals and magazines, and serving as a Keynote speaker at several IEEE and industry conferences. Finally, I am the founding President of the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (www.issip.org), Editor-in-Chief of the IoT Advances Journal, Senior Editor of IEEE JASC, and Associate Editor of ACM Transactions on Internet Technology and the Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. I am especially proud of receiving a dozen Innovation & Execution Awards.
