In today’s overzealous hyperconnected world do you use artificial intelligence? Well, I don't. Because I use mine. Yes, that's me. ''Watch me to know me''. I once asked SBI’s chairman when does he see a happy year now because he was expecting 2020 to be a happy year? Asked MAS officer how will regulators save banks from BigTechs and asked an Angel Investor what makes him invest in FinTechs. I generate questions the size of ten megabyte every week since its my job to ask questions to industry stalwarts. I have the honor of interviewing more than 1000 CXOs across the world. After 300, I lost count on the number of sessions I have moderated. I often question techies on multicloud, middleware and open API and usage of AI and BigData. And , yes, I keep grilling bankers on what will remain of them if FinTechs frontend their own banks while Techies backend the same bank. Well, From FinTech to InsureTech-Banks to NBFCs, Payments companies to Credit bureaus, I cover the entire BFSI universe and what really keeps them breathing and living. I often discuss my learnings with management students and I love igniting young dynamic minds. Basically I have been working as a finance journalist since 14 years and currently heading ETBFSI.com and ETCFO.com (by The Economic Times) as an Editor. I am trying my best to redefine the finance journalism in the 4x5 inch size in the world of UI and UX. And yes, I also did have my own tryst with the glamorous world of television and enjoyed the adrenaline rush the camera showered upon me. Reporting for the big screen had its own joy! ''Connect me to know me''. Just 2 more things 1. Don't forget to watch my special series, FinTech Diary. It just completed 100 episodes. 2. My weekly editorial (Every Friday) will certainly introduce you to the finance world with an ultra-wide angle lens. Click ETBFSI.com
