I’m a strong research and data analytics advocate, bringing it at the early stages of the design process: understanding customer pain points and needs as the baseline of the strategy. I'm a natural orchestrator helping different teams to think outside of the box, bringing solutions that are simple, innovative, and empathic with the user.
