Anat Avni-Papo is the Director of Innovation at Menora Mivtachim. Anat is passionate about corporate innovation, highly involved and engaged in the Israeli startups and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Leading innovative process, scouting and presenting advance technologies to business units as well as to R&D teams and coordinate mutual interests between them. Anat manages POCs and pilot projects within the company, evaluates feasibilities of new technologies and solutions and identify innovative startups in the required areas in the corporate while consistently collecting and learning the market intelligence Anat is a team player with excellent Analytical and interpersonal communication skills. She develops and executes strategy and communications that guides the corporate Innovation division towards better product development, advanced technologies, startup investments and strategic partnerships with corporations and innovative startups. Prior, Anat Avni-Papo served as VP of Business Development and Operation at Benish Group, a global investment company with a diverse portfolio. Avni-Papo was in charge of spearheading and managing all commercial and legal aspects of the Group's investments (Startups) , from the initial get-go and due diligence procedures, closing transactions, agreement signing and investment supervision. Avni-Papo represented Benish Group in all new commercial initiatives and collaborations, bringing to the table her systemic vision and unique skill set. Avni-Papo's position assisted the Group's portfolio companies initiate, manage and supervise commercial business procedures and strategic & marketing planning. Relying on her leadership skills and professional experience, Avni-Papo helped Benish Group and its portfolio companies reach their business objectives. Prior to her position at Benish Group, Anvi-Papo managed her own law firm for 7 years, specializing in civil and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions. Before establishing her law firm, Anat helped a business group owned by Mr. Benny Elgam, one of the founders of Packard Bell, to participate in a tender for the acquisition of control of Bezeq, including application submission and involvement in the regulative, legal, financial and appraisal aspects of the due diligence procedure. Avni-Papo received her LL.B. from Shaari Mishpat Academic Center and holds an MBA from Ono Academic College.
