I am a passionate and purpose-driven professional in global health, innovation governance and digital public health strategy. I am a thought leader with entrepreneurial drive for impact, digital transformation and international development who aims to make a difference at scale. My quadrilingual skills, strong scientific background, business acumen and global experience in highly regulated, highly structured, high risk environments (in private and public healthcare) led me to achieve top-notch training, sound knowledge, and an agile approach of complex health and socio-economic systems. As a former high performance athlete, I am a proactive teamplayer and visionary leader dedicated to impactful and sustainable solutions for development and most innovative approaches to foster progress through collective action. My main professional interests are: • Innovation and entrepreneurship for impact and positive change, incl. health tech innovation, multi-stakeholder engagement, international development; • Strategic development of health systems performance and medical services quality improvement, with focus on: health policy and financing, patient safety and clinical risk management, strategic partnerships; • Digital transformation and systemic change management for improved patient outcomes, value-based procurement, good governance and efficient healthcare spending • Meaningful adoption of innovation in healthcare practice, the impact of technology on patients’ experience, organisational culture and behaviours, the digital future of healthcare - health policies for equity, diversity and inclusion.
