I am an experienced top management leader with solid business acumen and a profound understanding of how data enables growth drivers. Throughout my career I have been motivated by assignments where I have had a say in the executive decision making. This desire to contribute is the thread that connects my experiences across industries. Driven by curiosity and an innovative mindset I am instinctively inclined to find the most efficient way of accomplishing tasks. My core competencies are to derive new revenue streams by combining commercial insights to strategy and to improve business models through digitalization (e.g., subscription based multi-channel). I am especially passionate about advancing the business models of SME´s towards higher profitability. Additionally, I consider myself as a family guy who - though ambitious and at times impatience - genuinely believes in the strength of empathic leadership and setting direction by being the example. Thus, I excel in motivating teams towards higher performance within both SME’s and larger companies where a transition is eminent. I hold an Executive-MBA from Henley Business School as well as a Master in Commercial Law and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Also, I am a trained Officer of the Danish Army.
