Awarded on the list of the Top Young Trainers by Training Magazine in 2012 and a ''Game Changer'' award by Workforce Magazine in 2014. Featured speaker at TEDx Hartford in 2017. Recognized as the Women in Parking Impact Award winner in 2020. Registered yoga teacher, certified Intuitive Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and black belt in Tang Soo Do.
