I am a corporate and securities lawyer, focusing on significant transactions in the technology and emerging growth sector. My practice bridges venture capital, private equity, M&A and securities law / corporate governance, including IPOs. I also champion the Dentons Startup Program and love working with innovative and high-growth companies on the cutting edge. As one of the global co-heads of Dentons’ Private Equity group, I bring together top talent and multidisciplinary teams to help my clients grow, protect, operate and finance their business, in Canada and around the world. I’m also an experienced board director, a member of Dentons' Global Board, and a long-term member of Dentons’ Canada Region Board. I have served on advisory committees for the OSC, the TSX and the Ontario government.
