I have more than seven years of laboratory experience in biological and biomedical labs, including project collaborations with both industry and government. Programming skills include R, Python, and MATLAB. Laboratory skills include electrophysiological and behavioral assays of auditory function in mice, including surgery and handling. My recent projects involved statistical analysis of large data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of a rodent-size transcranial magnetic stimulator. I also have experience in the development and maintenance of custom software for collection and analysis of neural signals and behavioral responses.
