VISIONARY | LEADER | DESIGNER At ARCx, I use systems-thinking expertise - and trusted partnerships - in order to solve complex puzzles for clients ranging from small start-ups to large, multinationals. Drawing on my knowledge and experience in psychology, neuroscience, and fast-paced work environments, I love to design ways to help people, teams, and businesses grow and become reslilient in these complex times. As a thought leader on the future of work, I help equip people and leaders to work in a 21st-century workplace. I pay close attention to a group's culture in order to lead and design experiences that will reflect its best, most natural parts. My career spans nearly 25 years of HR leadership, in-house and external consulting and leadership development. I have run teams for nearly all parts of HR teams, including recruiting, HR business partnership, operations, people analytics, learning and development, culture and engagement, organization development, and diversity + belonging. I also work with Forshay Consulting, Project Next Leadership, and Co-Founded Vibrancy Collective focusing on client who want to move to a mission-driven, organizational self-managment model.
