I am Director of Creative and Strategy at brilliant creative retail consultancy Design4Retail. Leading a multidisciplinary team of designers including graphic, brand, environment, and spatial designers to deliver stellar creative every day. I am passionate about the strategy behind retail and customer experiences and understanding the drivers and trends that impact our lives. At D4R we are a brilliantly talented bunch. A collaborative team of retail specialists focused on creating brand experiences and crafted designs for global accounts and across many disciplines. From shop-in-shops to brand activations, from new store concepts to product promotions and retail experiences we make ideas possible. I have 16 years of experience in retail design both in-house and agency side and have delivered projects globally and across all market sectors- from beauty to tech and from mass-market to luxury, from household name brands to innovative start-ups. Now happily settled at D4R I am building our creative team and motivating the studio to excel in tracking and translating global trends, consumer insights, and design influences into strategic concepts for clients.
