As founder and CEO of ANSIS leads the development of iREMS (integrated Real Estate Management System), a next generation, integrated asset management, property management and accounting system that fulfills all transaction processing and reporting needs of owners and managers of income-producing real estate assets, allowing to improve tenant mix and lower CapEx and operating costs of real estate portfolios. iREMS is being used in Switzerland, Germany, and throughout the Central European region.
