As an Energy Engineering and Nuclear Technologies graduate from Politehnica University of Bucharest, I have acquired a solid technical background in the field. However, after completing my studies and entering the workforce, I found myself drawn to the field of real estate. With proven success, I owned and operated a successful real estate agency called Zenhaus, which specialized in residential properties. During this time, I honed my skills in sales, marketing, negotiations, and entrepreneurship, leading to a diverse and impressive portfolio of clients. In addition to owning my own business, I have gained valuable experience as a Sales Manager for a Propthech startup focused on property management and leasing. This allowed me to expand my knowledge of the real estate industry, as well as develop skills in leadership and team management. In addition to my professional experience, I've also had the opportunity to speak at several real estate events and share my insights on the industry. I've been interviewed by both online newspaper Ziarul Financiar and news TV post Aleph News, further demonstrating my expertise and knowledge in the field. Overall, my background in energy engineering, paired with my experience in real estate and propthech, has given me a unique perspective and skillset that would make me an asset in any related field.
