Andrew Bolnick & Associates is one of the most experienced and respected companies providing Receivership services in the country with over 42 years of experience working across the commercial real estate spectrum including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, marinas, golf courses and multi-family residential properties. His clients include financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate investment trusts, investment funds and others. Andrew has served on numerous foreclosures matters with several involving Bank groups or syndication loans from $1 million to $300 million. Since 1981 Andrew has been at the forefront of the development of receivership law, offering the experience and ability to resolve the most complex and troubled real estate problems. Andrew has served as Receiver in 11 different States and has been appointed Receiver on over 500 foreclosure matters. He also serves as a Trustee and Examiner in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases. Since 1991 he has served as an arbitrator and later a panel chairman for the complex case division of FINRA as well as the National Futures Association, arbitrating large complex securities cases. In 2002 he successfully completed the State of Florida Circuit Civil Mediation Training Program. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Arizona, Tucson, and holds or has held licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and a Series 7 Securities License.
