A highly energetic leader, capable, intelligent and effective Programme Director passionate about building high performing teams and delivering transformational change in the construction industry. I bring my professional development; career experience and skills earned as a navigating officer together into my work, my team and the rest of the business. My focus is on our Customers, Innovation and Construction Excellence through the application of lean principles and digital transformation. I use creative solutions to achieve successful outcomes in an industry I adore. Speaking at events on the future of construction alongside our customers; pioneering innovation with UK Gov. and Academia; and working with Amazon and Google to deliver new insights for data and digital are all examples of my focus on shaping the industry for a bright future. I also recognise that all change ultimately relies on people, and I thoroughly enjoy coaching, training and mentoring individuals and teams to sustain improvement and build on their success.
