In 2018, I founded LayUp Technologies and embarked on a mission to digitise the prepayment market and create a new way for consumers to pay without the use of credit. LayUp uses a Save Now, Buy Later model that creates consumer sovereignty in the economy. The LayUp system enables businesses to tap into millions of previously invisible consumers through its digital Lay-By, Subscription and Recurring payment services. With this proprietary technology, we aim to create financial inclusion across Africa and become the leaders in the prepayment space by 2027. Characteristics: Determination: I highly value my ability to continue to grind it out when most would quit. Hard-working: There are no shortcuts to success - I believe in putting as many hours as necessary to get where I want to be. Honesty: I bring transparency and honesty to the table where my partners, investors and employees can trust me to lead and deliver. Problem Solver/Visionary: I believe any problem can be solved with unique solutions.
