Currently UX Design Director at Fathom (a Low&Behold co). I am part of the Senior Leadership Team and I am responsible for the growth and development of our experience design team and quality of our methods and client project outcomes. I have a total of 18 years experience in the UX and digital design and development industry across team leadership, project management, business development, digital marketing, online branding and consultancy and training, including over a decade of digital agency experience and before that 5 years working in online travel e-commerce / digital marketing. I also specialise in service design, design thinking and UX training and facilitation of design and innovation sprints.
