Qualified only in New York and England & Wales. Projects and project finance lawyer with experience across a wide range of sectors including transport, social infrastructure, power, renewables (wind, hydro and solar) and desalination/water. Acted on a number of infrastructure projects procured on a public-private partnership basis (PPP). Experience working with ECAs and mulitlaterals including secondment to JBIC. Also experience in structured lending, corporate finance and distressed debt & restructuring. Based in New York. Trained and worked in Singapore, London, Tokyo and Shanghai.
