Prior to Pearson, I spent 14 years as first, President and then, Chairman of Walt Disney International. There, I helped transform the organization into a digital-first, direct-to-consumer business. Prior to Disney, I held several senior positions at AOL Time Warner and spent much of my early career in radio and broadcasting at Piccadilly Radio, Virgin Broadcasting Company, BSB Music Channel, Big & Good Productions and Unique Broadcasting. It’s no surprise that you can often find me with headphones on and music at the ready. I’m a life-long music lover and have been an avid DJ for most of my life-with the occasional virtual DJ sets for the Pearson team. In addition, my wife and I have long been involved with The Trevor Project and are passionate about supporting and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community.
