Building a non-executive portfolio. Joined Orsted Board in 2023. Galp CEO in 2021/2022 after a 35 year international executive career with Royal Dutch Shell. Building on proven experience as a CEO/director of large complex international businesses, overseen the delivery of strategic, commercial, change, project and operational challenges on a global scale. Worked with a wide range of stakeholders to align varied interests, face up to tough calls and reach a broad consensus that works for all. Familiar with world class corporate governance and operational standards, good at identifying and nurturing talent, enabling talented people to achieve and challenging people to give of their best.
