I have a very broad experience of leading both PE backed and listed PLC businesses, having successfully initiated and integrated over 40 acquisitions and led the flotation of Staffline Group on AIM. I have also delivered 4 very profitable PE exits where I have been either an Exec Director or NED. I enjoy working in and with businesses looking to grow, both organically and by acquisition. The most exciting opportunities for me are not only to deliver excellent shareholder returns but also develop the very best people culture in order to drive delivery of a world class service or product.
