Andy is a technology sales executive, consultant, and investor with extensive experience helping to build early stage companies and managing sales teams to help businesses grow with both confidence and success. He recently joined ASAPP as senior executive heading up financial services where he will build the global financial services business, focusing on developing a solid brand by leveraging his industry knowledge and ability to craft an effective narrative. Prior to joining ASAPP, Andy served as SVP general manager North America for international-based OpenLegacy, and where he continues in an advisory capacity as a board member and business development consultant. Andy joined EMC in New York as employee #35 and opened their New York City office. By the end of 2010 he was achieving annual revenue targets of $300M+ as area VP and director of global accounts. He then moved into the role of VP Americas at Greenplum as a division of EMC. Andy was also a founding member of the executive team of Pivotal Software (jointly owned by EMC and VMware), responsible for building the business in the Americas. He quickly grew the field headcount to over 100 and increased revenue to $500M. Pivotal went public in 2018 and was subsequently acquired by Dell Technologies. At Dell, he helped create and manage the Americas field organization for Dell Technologies Select (DTS), which provided an engaged coverage model across Dell’s portfolio of hardware, software, and services businesses for its top clients. In this role, he managed a multi-billion-dollar revenue stream and nine figure transactions. Honest and direct, Andy has developed a strong network as a result of creating long-term relationships with clients, partners, and competitors who work for major Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries.
