Angela is the CEO and founder of Evolution Group; a niche organizational development consulting firm that specializes in outcome-based employment services, performance management and measurement and strategic and operational planning. She brings over 30 years of experience working in community employment services including twenty years in workforce development consulting. Angela has proven experience in employment services, leading transformation programs for the Government of Ontario Ministries and consulting/training third party service providers and government employees to achieve extraordinary results. Prior to founding the Evolution Group in 1999, Angela worked on the ground level as a Job Developer, Job Placement Manager and Director of Career Services. Those experiences give her a unique perspective and ability to not only see the big picture/strategic landscape but also operationalize that strategic/policy perspective so all levels of an organization understand what needs to be accomplished. Under Angela’s direction, Evolution Group is the exclusive licensee of DTG-EMP Inc. suite of job development programs, an executive licensee of the Winslow Research Institute for the Winslow Personality Assessment, and a Global Partner for the Emotions and Behaviours at Work (EBW) suite of business emotional intelligence assessments and development tools. Angela has her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University. Her thesis ''The Organizational and Individual Characteristics of Successful Job Developers'' engaged thirteen Employment Service Managers and 109 Job Developers.
