I've spent the past 20-years in London delivering complex, industry disrupting product launches and running business transformation and technology programmes in media and telecoms. I put people at the heart of transformation and am passionate about delivering positive experiences through change management. I believe in the strength of collaboration, working closely with everyone to solve problems, remove blockers and provide transparency on the journey of change. I'm proud to be a kiwi having grown up in New Zealand and am known for taking an innovative and pragmatic approach to making things happen. My career highlights include: • Strategic Programme Director BT Technology – Delivered the BBC Connectivity programme (Project Aurora), a £100m 7-year contract with BT, which delivers significant savings to the BBC and underpins their future digital strategy. • Programme Delivery Director BT Technology - Delivered the BT Consumer TV & Sport 2015 roadmap, which included the launches of UEFA Champions League, BT TV apps, Netflix on BT TV and enabling technologies to support the 2016/17 roadmap. • Transformation Director BT Technology – Transformed the BT TV Technology, Service & Operations organisation bringing together IPTV and Media & Broadcast functions into a single TV group to support the growth of TV & Sport. • Programme Manager, YouView – From BBC’s Project Canvas through the formation and launch of YouView, managed the delivery programme, including the seven shareholder partners to launch a new TV platform in the UK. • Programme Manager, TalkTalk - Led a large business change programme as a strategic enabler for organisational improvements and cost reduction by replacing TalkTalk’s order provisioning, billing and customer management solution and successfully migrating ~2 million customers. • Programme Manager, TalkTalk - Delivered the technology programme to launch free broadband in the UK, disrupting the telecoms industry and delivering rapid growth for the TalkTalk business. Earlier career involved delivering converged network solutions for blue chip clients primarily in the legal, commercial and investment banking industry sectors, driving innovation and continuous improvement for over 20 years.
