If I’m not on a plane, train or automobile as you are reading this, I’m most likely in my home office in the Hampshire countryside. My core focus at PayComplete is building Strategic Global Partnerships in addition to the commercial launch of a number of new payment solutions in the Retail and FinTech space, as well as evangelising the huge benefits of often forgotten cash in omnichannel strategies. PayComplete is a global leader in physical finance, with a proprietary cloud hosted IoT platform connecting devices and data within and outside our own payments ecosystem. Innovation in self-service solutions and an improved customer journey for consumers and employees is a large part of what we do at PayComplete. Replacing the myth of a ‘digital only’ economy with the reality that cash is here for the foreseeable future, and continues to play a part in world economies alongside digital is something I’m passionate about. With retailers increasingly understanding this, the importance of cash acceptance as a key part of the integrated omnichannel consumer journey, is where our ‘smart solutions’ add real value and drive revenue. Constantly moving about makes me very time-aware! I usually keep track of it with a wristwatch and have even developed a hobby of sorts out of it, with a small but growing collection. Oh and also, I‘ve recently become a father (19 months and growing), you may even see his little face pop up if Daddy duty is called upon…..or even sometimes if it’s not!
