Anish Lalchandani is a Global HR & Talent Leader and has extensively worked at the intersection of people development, culture and transformation. He has led global teams and initiatives across Talent Management, Culture, Learning Innovation, Organisation Development and HR Transformation, focused on strategy, design and implementation. He has worked in Generalist, Specialist and Transformation roles with A P Moller Maersk, Standard Chartered Bank, Jones Lang LaSalle, and General Electric. He is a certified Coach (ICF, ACC), a Chartered Member of the CIPD institute and a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA, England). He is an industry leader and speaks at various conferences on the future of work, upskilling and human capital. In addition to unlocking human potential, he believes in using technology to create a more inclusive and innovative culture. He is the host of the HumanWorkz podcast (Top 50 Leadership Podcast) focused on #futureofwork #upskilling #digitaldisruption, where he interviews leading CEOs, CHROs, Authors, Professors and Influencers.
