I have 6 years of higher education and over a decade of work experience in a professional setting. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 and my Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014. I began my career in the manufacturing industry in 2014 as a Product Manager for industrial razor blades with American Cutting Edge in Centerville, OH specializing in the medical, textile, glass, and rubber industry segments. In 2015 I was recruited and hired as a Sales Engineer for Sandvik Coromant in Southwest, OH. I spent 5 and a half years calling in automotive, aerospace, small parts machining, and general engineering accounts. During this time I acquired knowledge in part prints, machining, tooling application, machine tools, and collaboration with distribution. July of 2020 I was appointed as Channel Manager, US Central with Sandvik Coromant, supporting the evaluation, sales planning, review, training, e-commerce, campaigns, and co-branded marketing with channel partners operating in 6 Midwest US regions. As of November of 2021 I was appointed the role of National Channel Manager & Key Accounts with ARCH Cutting Tools. I was recruited with the core responsibility of building a program for strengthening and development of channel partner relationships and strategy in the US. I am a ISA Emerging Leaders Committee member and passionate about participating in programs that work to bridge the knowledge gap and develop a strong and thriving American manufacturing industry. If you are interested in the Emerging Leaders program, please reach out. In my personal time I enjoy hiking and exploring Michigan with my fiancé and our two Weimaraners, cooking and baking, hunting, working out, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
