Throughout my career, I led teams, business units, and projects to success providing client value and company profits ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-millions of dollars. My operational strength is founded on the nexus of a solid data science and technology background, diversity-focused leadership, transformation strategy building, and a deep understanding of clients' digitalization needs. My super strength is leading organizations through change and digital transformation by building and managing centers of excellence with data science and cross-functional teams. Achieving company profits and savings, establishing lasting client and vendor partnerships, and managing super-achiever data teams, enabled me to be in a position to help organizations accelerate growth. I often find that my international business experience and trilingual language skills help bridge cultural and communication gaps.
