I’m a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I co-lead the firm's Sustainability Strategy practice in Europe. I also lead our Basic Materials and Construction practice in the UK and Ireland. I combine deep experience in strategy, sustainability, and capital markets with knowledge of the basic materials, energy, engineering, and construction sectors. My areas of expertise include: growth strategy, investment strategy, sustainability strategy, capital markets positioning, activist investor response, and ESG investing. I’m particularly passionate about supporting my clients to anticipate, understand, and respond to changing external pressures in meaningful and sustainable ways. This includes providing advice on matters of corporate strategy, sustainability strategy, investment decision making, and capital markets positioning. Outside of work, I'm a characteristic Canadian, and enjoy canoeing, hiking, and camping.
